What you need to know about domain name transfer
Request Code
For most domain names you will need to request an EPP code and have it unlocked. Don’t forget to tell your current provider you are transfer to Aura Host, Either you or they will have to accept the transfer ticket that comes via email.
Enter Domain
During the checkout process here you will be asked for the domain name, the EPP code, and if you would like hosting. If you already have a hosting account with us, we can park the domain name for you. Let us know via a support ticket
Confirm Transfer
Either you or your current provider will receive a domain transfer ticket that comes as an email, inside the email is a verification link, this has to be clicked in order to finalize the transfer. Please allow up to 24 hours for full propagation.
